By creating a Together account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and comply with applicable laws.
You are responsible for maintaining account security, protecting your password, and all activities occurring under your account.
Together is designed to help users discover new friendships, connect with nearby people, join local events, and communicate through messaging. Together is not a dating service and is intended for platonic social connections.

Violations may result in suspension or termination, and may be reported to us by other users.
You retain ownership of the content you post. By uploading content, you grant Together a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for operating and improving the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content you upload. Uploaded photos are automatically reviewed to help ensure they are appropriate and depict a real person.
Users interact at their own risk. Together cannot guarantee the identity of other users, the accuracy of profile information, or the conduct of users during or outside the app. Always exercise good judgment when meeting someone in person.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, create safety risks, attempt to manipulate the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.
The Together application, branding, logos, design, and software remain the property of Together. Users may not copy or reverse engineer the application except where permitted by law.
Together is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Together shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
You may stop using Together and delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Together is operated, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
